By accessing moneygrowthservice.com and using our financial services (Personal Loan, Mortgage Loan, Credit Loan, Tax Advisory, Wealth and Investment Planning, Insurance Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services

Money Growth Service is a financial intermediary and advisory platform. We are not a bank, NBFC, or insurer ourselves. We connect you with RBI-registered banks, NBFCs, SEBI-registered mutual funds, and IRDAI-registered insurers. Loan approval, interest rates, and final terms are at sole discretion of partner institutions.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ years old and Indian resident or NRI with valid KYC
• For loans: Minimum income ₹15,000/month, CIBIL 650+, valid PAN & address proof
• For investments: Valid PAN, KYC compliant as per SEBI
• You must provide accurate, complete information - false info may lead to rejection and legal action

4. Fees and Charges

Free Services: Loan comparison, eligibility check, basic tax consultation, portfolio review. Paid Services: Detailed tax filing (₹999-₹4999), comprehensive financial planning (₹2,999-₹9,999), premium advisory. All fees disclosed upfront before payment. No hidden charges. Service fees are non-refundable after service delivery (see Refund Policy).

5. Loan and Financial Product Disclaimer

We do not guarantee loan approval or specific interest rates. Rates displayed are indicative starting from. Final rate depends on credit profile, income, bank policy. Processing fees, prepayment charges as per bank. Investment returns are market-linked and not guaranteed - mutual funds subject to market risks. Past performance not indicative of future. Insurance subject to underwriting approval. Please read scheme documents carefully.

6. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Do not share OTPs - our staff will never ask for OTP, CVV, or netbanking password
• Provide genuine documents - fake docs will be reported to authorities
• Use services for lawful purposes only
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse website

7. Intellectual Property

All content on website - logo, text, graphics, calculators, blog articles - is property of Money Growth Service. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission. You may share blog links with attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability limited to service fee paid by you. We are not liable for: loan rejection by banks, investment losses, indirect/consequential damages, delays due to bank processes, or third-party actions. We act as facilitator, final contract is between you and bank/insurer/AMC.

9. Termination

We reserve right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate terms, provide false info, or misuse services. You may terminate by emailing support@moneygrowthservice.com with 7 days notice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms governed by laws of India. Any disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra. We will attempt amicable resolution via mediation before legal proceedings. Grievance Officer contact in Privacy Policy.
