At Money Growth Service, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable for our paid services. Please note: We are primarily a free loan comparison platform - most services are free. Refund applies only to paid advisory services.

1. Free Services - No Payment Needed

These services are 100% FREE, hence no refund question:

2. Paid Services & Refund Eligibility

Comprehensive Financial Plan	₹2,999-₹9,999	100% refund if plan not delivered in 15 days, 50% if not satisfied within 7 days of delivery (one revision free)
Credit Repair Program	₹3,999	50% refund if CIBIL not improved by at least 50 points in 6 months (conditions apply)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Loan processing fees charged by banks/NBFCs - we don't charge, bank charges non-refundable as per bank policy
Insurance premium paid to insurer - refund as per IRDAI 15-day free look period, not by us
Mutual fund investments - subject to market risk, exit load as per AMC
Services already delivered and accepted by client
Refund requested after 7 days of service delivery (for financial plan)
Client provided incorrect information leading to rejection/delay
Change of mind after service started - e.g., after we filed ITR or created financial plan

4. How to Request Refund

Step 1: Email refund@moneygrowthservice.com with Subject: Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Service]
Step 2: Include Order ID, payment screenshot, reason for refund
Step 3: Our team reviews within 48 hours
Step 4: If approved, refund processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Loan & Credit Service Clarification

We do NOT charge any upfront fee for loan services. If anyone calls you claiming to be from MoneyGrowthService and asks for processing fee in personal account, it's fraud - report to support@moneygrowthservice.com immediately. Banks may charge processing fee (1-3% of loan amount) only after loan approval letter and directly to bank account, never to personal account. Such bank fees are non-refundable as per bank's policy, not ours.

6. Subscription Cancellation (Newsletter)

Newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe anytime via link in email footer or via Subscribe/Unsubscribe page. No charges, instant unsubscription. If you continue receiving emails after 48 hours of unsubscribing, contact support.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with refund decision, you can escalate to Grievance Officer: grievance@moneygrowthservice.com within 15 days. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 days amicably. If still unresolved, you may approach consumer forum in Pune jurisdiction.

Our Promise: We have 4.9/5 rating because we prioritize client satisfaction over short-term revenue. If you are genuinely unsatisfied due to our mistake, we will refund - no questions asked. Just talk to us.
